Ishita is a Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic Physiotherapist with specialized training in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, committed to helping patients move with ease, confidence, and long-term strength.
Her approach to care is patient-centered and evidence-based, combining hands-on treatment with individualized exercise programs tailored to each person’s goals and lifestyle. She is trained in Mulligan Mobilisations, Kinesio and Rigid Taping, Kinetic Control, and Neurodynamic Solutions for nerve-related pain, enabling her to treat not just symptoms, but the root causes of pain and movement dysfunction.
She has a special clinical interest in managing spine conditions, knee and ankle injuries, postural issues, and post-surgical rehabilitation. She also works closely with geriatric patients, individuals with sports-related injuries, and those affected by workplace and lifestyle-related ergonomic problems, supporting safe recovery while improving mobility, function, and independence.

Personal Interests
Outside of clinical practice, Ishita has a strong interest in music and enjoy learning different musical instruments, as well as exploring creative arts and craft-based activities. She values spending time outdoors, especially on nature trails, and believes strongly in the importance of calm, mindful living for overall health and well-being. She is also deeply interested in continuing education and current research, allowing her to consistently integrate the latest evidence into patient care.
