I have been with Stride Physiotherapy since last year at different locations. I have been treated By Ritesh Nayak last year at Capilano location. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful Physiotherapists in westside of the city. Last week I was in too much pain. It was even worst than a kidney stone pain. Ruchika treated me at the winterburn location. She did Spine alignments with manual therapy. In just 3 sessions my pain is gone. I was crying due to my back pain last week and today I am feeling that nothing happened. I highly recommend Ruchika @ Stride Physiotherapy , Winterburn location and Ritesh Nayak @ Capilano and Jagare Ridge location. Thanks a lot to make me feel pain free. 🙏🙏🙏
